![]() Like Tony would say, “do your best and forget the rest”, you will get better over time and surprise yourself with your own flexibility. Additionally, try to stretch and get a little out of your comfort zone with each move but don’t push so far that you overextend and injure yourself. Plus breathing helps you get through the moves and lessens the discomfort. Focus on breathing, breathing is a basic part of yoga and keeping your breath flowing with each move is essential for doing them correctly. All we need for this one is a mat and an open mind. ![]() Just like all the other 10 Minute Trainer routines this is 10 moves in 10 minutes. It is however, 80 minutes shorter so it is definitely a mini version. In that all the moves are also done in Yoga X. ![]() Yoga Flex is 10 Minute Trainers “yoga” routine and it is very much a mini Yoga X from P90X. So along with strength and speed we need flexibility and balance. Tony Horton’s programs are designed for all around fitness. This along with the Abs routine has gotten by far the most play with me from the 10 Minute Trainer series. It’s also a great quick routine to do right after waking up to get ready for your day or at the end of your cool down from a workout to stretch out your body. ![]() I think this one is perfect for someone who wants to see what yoga is all about. I am a big advocate of yoga, and really have experienced the benefits of injury mitigation, the ability to breathe through discomfort, increased mental focus, flexibility and balance. However, it is only 10 minutes so it is not a replacement for a full yoga routine. ![]() All in all this is a great routine, which stretches out your entire body. ![]()
